1. Do I need a discount code to access the EOFY Sale?
No need for a discount code for this one! Prices are already marked accordingly.
2. How much will shipping cost?
All orders over $49 will be eligible for free shipping. Any orders under $49 will incur a $8 shipping fee.
3. Can I use this discount instore?
This offer is strictly only available online at shop.smeg.com.au.
4. How long will shipping take?
This will depend on what you have ordered - please reach out to our customer service if you do not receive a shipping confirmation after 5 days.
5. I ordered something previously, can I get refunded the amount I would have saved?
Unfortunately only orders placed during the sale period are eligible for the discount.
6. Can I use any other codes in conjunction with the EOFY Sale?
Unfortunately our EOFY Sale cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. The product I want is out of stock, can I still buy it during the EOFY Sale?
Unfortunately the discount is only applicable during the sale period and cannot be used retroactively on products OOS during this period.

- Our EOFY Sale is available to customers located within Australia only.
- Sale Period
- The EOFY Sale will start on Monday, June 16, 2025, 12:00pm AEDT and ends on Monday, June 30, 2025, 11:59 PM AEDT. Discounts and promotional prices are only valid within this time frame. Orders placed outside of these dates and times are not eligible for sale pricing.
- Discounts and Pricing
- Sale prices apply to select items only and will be displayed at checkout. Sale cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or offers unless otherwise specified. Pricing errors may be corrected without notice, and the final sale prices are non-negotiable.
- Availability and Stock
- All items are available while stocks last. We reserve the right to limit the number of products per order or per customer to ensure fair access. If an item is out of stock after an order has been placed, we will contact you with refund options or suggestions for alternative products.
- Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Due to high order volumes, orders placed during sale cannot be changed or cancelled after processing. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
- Shipping and Delivery

Clearance Products Exclusion:
Products purchased as clearance, run-out, or discontinued stock are not eligible for the 5-year warranty promotion or any extended warranty benefits. These items will be covered by the our standard manufacturer’s warranty only (2 years), in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
