If your query relates to an order placed direct from Smeg Australia (whether it's an existing order, an order in progress, or if you're simply looking to place a new order), please email our Online Sales Team. Please include your order reference number as part of your subject line for existing orders and orders in progress. Your order reference number is emailed to you as part of the order confirmation email, and is also noted on your tax invoice.

We have 32 qualified technicians servicing Smeg appliances around the country. We are also one of the few companies which run apprenticeship schemes and mentor our new technicians in all areas of service. A Smeg technician will not only have experience, but will also be able to service the whole range of kitchen appliances including ovens, cooktops, rangehoods, refrigerators and dishwashers.
