Our Boxing Day Sale is available to customers located within Australia.

Sale Period

The Boxing Day Sale will start on Thursday, December 25, 2025, 00:01am AEST and end on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, 11:59 PM AEST. Discounts and promotional prices are only valid within this time frame. Orders placed outside of these dates and times are not eligible for sale pricing. We will not, under any circumstances, be able to honour the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a partial refund, refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed. We are also unable to honour the sale price after the promotional period has ended. This sale is strictly valid for new orders placed between the dates and times specified above.

Discounts and Pricing

Sale prices apply to select items only and will be displayed at checkout. They cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or offers unless otherwise specified. Pricing errors may be corrected without notice, and the final sale prices are non-negotiable.

Availability and Stock

All items are available while stocks last. We reserve the right to limit the number of products per order or per customer to ensure fair access. If an item is out of stock after an order has been placed, we will contact you with refund options or suggestions for alternative products.

Order Modifications and Cancellations 

Due to high order volumes and the fast-paced nature of a Boxing Day Sale, orders placed during this period cannot be changed or cancelled after processing. Please review your order details carefully before checking out/completing your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be processed according to our standard Shipping & Delivery policies/timelines. High demand may result in shipping delays. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but please be aware that these may vary due to seasonal demand and postal service delays. These estimates are a guide only.

Returns and Refunds

Return and refund requests are subject to our standard Returns & Refund Policy. 

Payment Methods

We accept payments via all major credit cards, Afterpay, and other methods specified on our website. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase to secure sale prices. Orders with payment issues may be cancelled without notice.
