This classic 90cm gas cooktop with 5 burners is a great addition to any busy kitchen. With conveniently and ergonomically positioned burners in a diamond configuration, this allows for extra space on the cooktop. The ultra rapid triple burner on the left side of the cooktop, while being designed for perfect wok cooking, also suits the larger stock pots, saucepans and griddles. The fish burner, not only perfect for poaching whole and fillet fish, but is ideal for placing a griddle plate over, transforming into an indoor BBQ. Enjoy stress-free gas cooking, with the help of flame failure. Safety fitted to all burners, the flame failure device ensures that, should a flame be accidently extinguished, the gas supply to the specific burner is stopped. The classic design of the Canali knob also matches with Smeg's classic cooking range. |
